I had such an amazing experience at Arden Hotel And Residence By At Mind! The room was lovely, and I was pleasantly surprised by the washing machine. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Mr Woody and Ms. Chatcha, who made my stay so enjoyable. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the beach and nearby food options.

The WiFi was incredibly slow and unreliable during my stay. I had issues with the cleanliness of the hallways, especially the stained carpets which were off-putting. Additionally, while my room was decent, the overall maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired.

my stay at the Arden hotel was almost ruined by the dreadful noise at the pool. Who lets guests play music at such atrocious volumes? Absolutely disgraceful. Plus, the hall carpets looked like they were last cleaned in the 90s. It’s laughable that I didn’t even get an apology or a welcome gift for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

Positive, We had an amazing stay! The reception staff, Nueng and Focus, were fantastic. They quickly helped us change rooms to one with a better view. The service throughout was just excellent, and we felt really comfortable the whole time.

Amenities were great, and the staff, particularly a lady named May, were attentive and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. However, the television signal could use improvement, and the lack of shower caddies was a minor nuisance.
